As the Western Pennsylvania Field Organizer with PennEnvironment, Olivia builds the public support needed to address critical issues affecting the state’s residents, including climate change, fracking, air and water pollution, and single-use plastics. Prior to joining PennEnvironment, Olivia spent a year working on environmental campaigns around the country with Green Corps, the field school for environmental organizing. As an organizer with Green Corps, Olivia mobilized University of Maine students to protect the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge from oil and gas drilling and launched a local clean energy campaign in Charleston, South Carolina. She now lives in the East End of Pittsburgh, where she grew up, and enjoys spending time in the city’s beautiful parks, dabbling in pottery, and whitewater rafting on the Youghiogeny river.
