Critical Energy Efficiency Bill Passes PA Legislature 10/08/2008

Harrisburg, PA - With concerns about global warming and the economy continuing to make headlines across Pennsylvania, the state House and Senate took a critical step towards addressing both issues by voting to pass House Bill 2200, a PennEnvironment-backed bill which will establish a new statewide energy efficiency and conservation program.
